Se solicitar\u00e1n los datos necesarios para la devoluci\u00f3n seg\u00fan el m\u00e9todo de pago utilizado.<\/p>\n<p>Los reembolsos no aplicar\u00e1n en los casos siguientes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pagos para la renovaci\u00f3n de servicios,<\/li>\n<li>Registro, renovaci\u00f3n y\/o transferencia de dominios.<\/li>\n<li>Servicios adicionales como instalaci\u00f3n de servicios, configuraci\u00f3n de servicios, productos descargables, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Licencias de software. (cPnale, Softaculous, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Nuevos servicios con menos de 30 d\u00edas activos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Devoluciones:<\/p>\n<p>La devoluci\u00f3n de dinero ser\u00e1 hecha exclusivamente en d\u00edas martes o el siguiente d\u00eda h\u00e1bil una vez que todos los detalles de aplicaci\u00f3n sean verificados correctamente.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito: Reembolso a trav\u00e9s de la solicitud inversa de transacci\u00f3n directamente a Transbank.<\/li>\n<li>Tarjeta de D\u00e9bito (Redcompra): Reembolso mediante transferencia electr\u00f3nica a los datos del titular de la cuenta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>En caso de que el cliente desee solicitar la devoluci\u00f3n de uno o m\u00e1s de sus servicios, tiene la posibilidad de cobrar dicha cantidad en dinero como saldo disponible en su \u00e1rea de cliente, esto con el fin de utilizar dicho dinero en pedidos pendientes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Refund Will Only Be Applied To The Following Situations: Incidents duly informed via ticket and not solved within a period of 72 hours and which apply to the \"Support Guarantee\" and which are directly the responsibility of CloudsClover.
